“A Taste of Mindfulness” InBalance Workshop 

A taste of Mindfulness Workshop gives participants a first-hand experience of mindfulness. It provides the perfect balance between theory and practice. Presentations are interspersed with a variety of guided mindfulness exercises which offer participants an insight into how mindfulness can improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing. They will be given some practical tools to take away to use in their everyday life. The Taste of Mindfulness workshop is suitable for small and larger groups.
